Mountain biking is the sport of riding bicycles off-road, often over rough terrain, using specially designed mountain bikes. You will see some of the most spectacular Irish scenery. Why not bring your camera with you.

Are you ready to take on an exhilirating bike riding experience in Dublin or Wicklow?

From idyllic mountain bike tours, bike rentals and beginner courses, provides a one-stop-shop for all your mountain biking needs. welcomes Chinese visitors to take part in cycling with them.

A typical session would include the following.

  • Welcome introduction with complimentary tea/coffee
  • Rental of high performance front suspension mountain bikes
  • Sizing and fitting of safety helmets
  • Experienced fully qualified professional mountain bike guide(s)
  • Mechanical assistance
  • First aid support
  • Basic introduction to mountain biking - The fundamentals including - gears, brakes, body position, balance and cornering
  • Guided tour - Warm up loop to build confidence on the bike followed by trail riding on exciting bike trails
  • Duration is approximately 3 hours, 14km in distance.


If you don't have a car the best way to get to us is via the Glendalough Bus, your stop is "Ballinastoe Cross Roads". We are a 10 minute walk (1.5km) from the bus stop, the driver will tell you how to find us. If you are a large group, it might be worth contacting the bus company to let them know you are coming. 

Depart: Dublin (Dawson Street) 11.30, arrive at Ballinastoe 12:30

Return: Ballinastoe 16.50, arrive at Dublin 18.00

Cost: €14 return (pay the bus driver)

If you have a car, take Exit 8 at Kilmacanouge off the N11, heading for Roundwood. After approx 7km you will pass Djouce Golf Club, keep going until see a brown sign indicating a right turn for, also sign posted for the Sally Gap.
